Payment Methods

The following details concern the orders that are for delivery within Greece. For orders shipping to other countries, you are notified via email.

Payment by Credit Card

The online store Flobali.gr accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems (3D Secure, SSL-128 bit) which guarantee a secure trading environment. For purchases with your credit card you will be asked to fill in the number and expiration date of your credit card on the payment form. Once you have completed the order, you will be redirected to the website of Bank Ethniki and the payment form will appear in a separate window. The information that you will fill in the payment form is provided in the electronic transaction system of the EUROBANK Bank and not in the online store Flobali.gr. Our branch does not have access to this information, but is informed by the EUROBANK Bank about the status of the payment. Finally, with the 3D Secure method, you will be asked for your identification by your own bank.

Installments

If supported by the issuing bank of your card, you can purchase products with monthly Interest-free Installments , using up to 18 installments (depending on the total amount of the order) and minimum amount of 50,00 €  of the total order.

Bank Transfer

You can pay for your order by bank deposit (e-banking, phone banking, going to a physical store) in one of the following bank accounts of our company. Please indicate the reason for deposit, the ID number and the name of your order.

ATTENTION : If you do not have an account at the above banks and you want to transfer from another bank, extra charges-costs are borne entirely by the customer.

 

Product Commitment – When you complete your order and choose to pay by bank deposit, the products are reserved for you only after the deposit is confirmed. The processing of the order and its delivery time will start from then. If for any reason the deposit has not been confirmed within 3 working days, the order will be canceled.

Cash on delivery

Supported only in cases where the product is sent by courier (does not apply to large items) and only for orders worth up to 499,90 €. Applies to all regions of Greece served by partner courier with a charge of  2,50 €.

PayPal

Temporarily Unavailable – You can pay your orders in the FloBaLi online store easily, quickly and securely through PayPal online payment service. By choosing to pay via Paypal, you will be taken to the Paypal page (online secure transaction system) website, where you can pay through your Paypal account. The PayPal payment process is fully automated and is usually completed within minutes. During this time no personal information (including credit card number) is stored in our store.

 

Orders with PayPal payment method are subject to additional checks by our company and may be rejected or there may be delays in sending them. To receive the order, you will need to show the outside partner carrier the order confirmation and notice of shipment, as well as an official identity document (such as a police ID card, passport or driver’s license).

 

Finally, in case the order is canceled and it has been made with PayPal, then the PayPal commission non-returnable, which corresponds to 3,4% of the final amount of the order (including shipping costs).
